Training in Whole Brain Thinking
Enhancing Communication or Team Performance or Interpersonal Interactions through Whole Brain Thinking (the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument - HBDITM)
Whole Brain Thinking, as represented by the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDITM) is a leading proprietary thinking styles assessment tool which enables users to understand themselves better, and relatedly, provides a framework for understanding others. It is a tool which has various applications: for enhanced teamwork, for communicating effectively, for influencing and managing interpersonal interactions etc. Many big companies use it for developmental purposes - IBM uses it extensively, and others like Bank of America, JP Morgan, 3M, Dell, Shell, Proctor & Gamble etc (there is however, a charge, by Herrmann Asia, for the processing of each instrument).
I am an accredited facilitator in the HBDITM, and have used it in customised training programmes for multinational corporations. This tool would have various applications for professionals, enabling them to understand their thinking preferences, the implications this has on their interpersonal interactions – with colleagues, subordinates, and clients.
Other areas of training
I also conduct other training, depending on needs. Examples of these are:
- Teamworking (formation and development, processes, performance, decision making)
- Interpersonal Effectiveness (emotional intelligence, relationship management)
